St Mary's Parish serves the communities of Wellsford, Mangawhai and Maungaturoto

The parish area extends from north of the Dome Valley on a line from Tauhoa to Pakiri, across the island from Mangawhai to Oruawharo,
and to Maungaturoto, Paparoa, Batley in the north. It is a relatively large geographic area.
